Call Management Products, Inc. (CMP) is a Colorado corporation founded in 1988 by former Bell Labs engineers. CMP manufactures high quality telecommunication products that are designed to enhance telephone line productivity and provide cost savings for your home or business. The PhoneSuite™ Hotel/Motel telephone system (PBX) is the affordably priced hospitality telephone package. Our products also provide solutions for sharing phone lines with multiple telephone devices, for processing multiple incoming calls, and for tracking telephone activity. PhoneSuite^® Hotel/Motel PBX

Our quality PhoneSuite^® PBX provides a full suite of hospitality features for less than the cost of the leading hotel/motel telephone system. Two models are available, to serve different sized properties:

• PhoneSuite 64 is designed for small hotels, motels, and bed & breakfast inns, with a configuration as small as 4 trunks by 8 extensions and as large as 16 trunks by 64 extensions.
• PhoneSuite 112e can be configured as large as 48 trunks by 495 extensions, making it a great choice for medium-sized hotels, motels, resorts, and "limited service" properties. It also provides advanced features to meet franchise requirements such as T1 digital trunk interface with DID and DNIS capability, two lines per room, answer detection, PMS check-in/check-out interface, and multi-button feature phones.

Both PhoneSuite models come with a great set of room features, as well as a wide range of business features for the administrative extensions.  Complete either system with our optional Call Accounting, Auto Attendant, and Voice Mail cards, which provide fully-integrated handling, tracking, and costing of every call.

Call Processing Products

• CallExtend is a dual port automated attendant that answers incoming phone calls, plays a user-recorded greeting, and lets callers transfer their call to an extension, a department, or a second menu. CallExtend is easy to install and use and costs hundreds of dollars less than its competitors! An extremely versatile product, CallExtend also doubles as a digital voice announcer for applications that need to play a message and then drop out of the call.

Line Sharing Products

• Fax LineShare is a telephone line-sharing device that is available in two and three port models to allow users to share a single phone line with voice & fax equipment or with voice, fax, & modem equipment. Fax LineShare automatically routes incoming calls to the correct device by detecting fax tone, reverse modem tone, or transfer codes on the phone line.
