CallExtend Support Tips

IMPORTANT NOTE

Before using any of the support tips on this page, first determine what version of CallExtend you have. The version number can be found on the bottom of the CallExtend unit, on a small label that shows the manufacture date and the version number. Different versions are programmed significantly differently, so find the version first and then click on the appropriate link below.

Returning a CallExtend for Repair

If you suspect that your CallExtend may need repair, have the telephone dealer who installed the CallExtend unit contact our Customer Support Department from the site where CallExtend is connected. A technician will ask some questions about the installation and will go through some tests over the phone.

If the Customer Support technician determines that the CallExtend needs to be returned for repair, he or she will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

CallExtend comes with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. If the manufacture date on the bottom of the CallExtend is over 12 months old, a photocopy of the actual sales receipt is required to prove the purchase date. Out-of-warranty repairs are available.
